1. O’hana Breakfast (Polynesian Resort)

This is an essential experience for our family! Enjoying Lilo, Stitch, and Mickey dressed in Hawaiian attire, along with a delightful family-style breakfast? Count us in! We’ll be using a table-service credit for this occasion. Indulge in a family-style breakfast that includes Mickey and Stitch-shaped waffles, fluffy scrambled eggs, and delicious Hawaiian ham. The meal begins with a selection of fresh fruit. Their famous pineapple-coconut breakfast bread is served in ample portions. These portions are sure to please every appetite.

2. O’hana Dinner

The dinner no longer features characters. However, the ambiance and menu still make it a worthwhile experience. They include delicious noodles and grilled meats. We’re opting for another table-service credit. Even without character interactions, this dining option remains a favorite. Its Polynesian-inspired dishes include grilled meats, noodles, and stir-fried vegetables. The setting, complemented by stunning views of the Seven Seas Lagoon, ensures a dining experience that is truly unforgettable.

Our Starbucks Plan: Morning Fuel at Each Park

We’ll start each park day with a Starbucks drink (paid separately from the dining plan):

•Magic Kingdom: Main Street Bakery – likely a shaken espresso or pink drink!

•EPCOT: Connections Café – with a new seasonal cold brew.

•Hollywood Studios: Trolley Car Café – maybe a caramel macchiato and croissant.

•Animal Kingdom: Creature Comforts – iced coffee and banana nut bread!

Our Refillable Resort Mug Strategy

As an advantage of the Disney Dining Plan, visitors receive a complimentary refillable mug. This perk usually comes with a separate charge. These mugs feature RFID technology. Guests can enjoy unlimited refills of fountain drinks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They can do this at any self-service beverage station located in Disney resort hotels. However, it’s essential to remember that these mugs cannot be used for refills inside the theme parks. After you fill your mug, there is a short waiting period before you can refill it. This promotes equitable access for all guests.

We’ll use our refillable resort mugs for:

  • Coffee on non-park mornings
  • Midday soft drink refills when we return to our hotel
  • Filling up before going back to the parks for fireworks

Dining at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort: Landscape of Flavors

The primary dining venue at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is the Landscape of Flavors food court. This quick-service restaurant offers a diverse menu catering to various tastes, including American classics, international dishes, and plant-based options. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, making it a convenient option for meals outside the parks .

Final Thoughts: The Disney Dining Plan=Less Stress, More Fun

Using the Disney Dining Plan on our trip takes the stress out of budgeting for meals and snacks. We’ve strategically chosen character dining to get the best value. We created a plan that fits our park schedule. It also matches our family’s energy level.
