📸 Photography Sessions
- A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to secure your session date.
- Remaining balance must be paid prior to the session
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least a 48 hour notice
Failure to provide notice or failure to attend your session will result in forfeiture of all payments.
🌷 Workshops & Content Days
- All workshops and event sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- You may transfer your spot to another attendee with prior approval
- If the Company cancels the event, you will receive either:
- a full refund, OR
- credit toward a future event

Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are FINAL
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
🪪 CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in:
- immediate termination of services
- legal action, if necessary
