Returns on Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Returns on Non-Custom Products
For non-personalized items, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either replace the item or offer a refund based on the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
