By booking a session or participating in any photography service or event with Chrissy Craig Photography, you grant the Company the irrevocable right to use photographs and/or video taken during your session for the following purposes:
- Portfolio display
- Website content
- Social media marketing
- Advertising & promotional materials
All images remain the property of Chrissy Craig Photography.
Clients are granted a personal use license, which allows:
- Downloading images
- Printing images
- Sharing on personal social media
Clients may not:
- Sell images
- Alter images beyond basic cropping
- Submit images for commercial use without written consent
Opt-Out Option
Clients who wish to keep their images private must submit a written request prior to their session. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.
